The one-line version
emailforward.xyz is a free service. Don't abuse it, and we won't promise things we can't guarantee.
Acceptable use
You may create and use aliases for any lawful purpose. You may not use aliases to:
- Send or receive unsolicited bulk mail, phishing, or fraud.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone — including by registering an alias with someone else's public handle.
- Process illegal content (including CSAM, non-consensual imagery, or material sanctioned under EU/US law).
- Violate intellectual property or confidentiality obligations.
- Deliberately abuse our infrastructure — automated alias creation loops, rapid-fire recipient changes, or attempts to exfiltrate other users' data.
We reserve the right to delete aliases or block requesting IPs if we observe abuse, without notice.
What we provide
Alias creation, recipient verification, email forwarding, Telegram delivery, per-alias history, and a management link delivered to recipient addresses. That's the product surface — no SLA, no uptime guarantee.
What we don't provide
- Guaranteed deliverability. We do our best, but spam filters are the recipient's call.
- Persistent storage beyond the lifetime of an alias.
- Reply-from-alias. You can receive mail to an alias, not send from one (for now).
- Legal admissibility. Forwarded emails are a convenience, not a chain-of-custody record.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim liability for data loss, downtime, missed emails, or any consequential damages arising from your use of emailforward.xyz. If you need reliability for business-critical flows, this isn't the right tool — use a paid provider with a real SLA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will bump the "last updated" date and be flagged on the homepage for a week. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
